The training of family doctors and nurses for the provision of medical care for the elderly has begun.
Initially through Training for Trainers and further through Colleague Groups at the Health Center level, these trainings aim to familiarize and train family doctors and nurses to implement the guidelines, treatment protocols and clinical instruments contained in the manual “Medical Care for the elderly in Primary Health Care”.
The trainings are accredited by ASCK and are being conducted by Ryder Albania Association in Tirana, Elbasan, Shkodër, Berat, Korçë.
