The Ryder Albania Association has embraced inclusive employment practices for Persons with Disabilities, thus becoming one of the organizations that welcomes, cooperates and promotes the rights of this target group. The Ryder Albania Association became part of the “National Forum for Inclusive Employment for Persons with Disabilities” organized by
Fshdpak Adrf in cooperation with the National Employment and Skills Agency and Tirana Municipality.
This forum brought together key actors from the public and private sectors, civil society organizations and individuals with disabilities to discuss and promote inclusive employment practices in Albania.
