TheAssociation Ryder Albania has started to offer the Training: “Standard nursing procedures of health care in the residence”.
This training is supported by the Health for All Project – HAP. The purpose of the training is to strengthen the professional capacities of the residential care staff (nurses) and of the NJVKSh specialists, targeting 4 (four) health centers in the region of Tirana and 4 (four) health centers in the region of Durrës.
During this training, the participants are being equipped with knowledge, theoretical skills and practical clinical skills of providing health care at home.
Continuing education of professionals is very important because it directly affects the quality of life of the beneficiaries.
